Our warranty is straight forward and simple. We have the lowest failure rate in the industry, and only use most strict Kaizan quality control. We are RoHS and ISO certified. This allows us to offer to the public a one year no hassle exchange warranty. The set-top box is covered from any manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date the unit is purchased from the vendor. Simply bring the unit in to your vendor of choice and we will warranty your set-top box no questions asked. This gives the consumer the confidence and support needed to buy with confidence.

Our dealer selection criteria is extremely strict. We will only partner with vendors that offer customer support and service above all else. We have strategic partnerships in Canada and the U.S.A that allow us to offer unparalleled service and support to our dealer network. This in turn allows our dealers to extend to their customers the same outstanding level of service.

CNX V1 Tradeup Program
